College Contact

We are an independent college advising startup that operates entirely online, and is affordable to high school students around the world.
As a mentor, your pay rate is $35 per hour, you set your own availability, and you can work wherever in the world you would like. You will also have opportunities to make more money throughout the program through various optional tasks.

Requirements:

  • Be a current undergraduate at a 2-year or 4-year university (2025-2027)
  • Have a cumulative GPA above a 3.2
  • Possess excellent writing skills
  • Have a creative mind, and enjoy fostering creativity in others
  • Maintain fantastic professional soft skills (can work with parents and clients)
  • Have a flexible schedule to meet with clients and families when requested (we require 10 hours of open availability per week)
  • Must have a positive, self-starter attitude, and a desire to give back to students
  • Honesty and trustworthiness are crucial
  • Basic-intermediate understanding of the college admissions process
  • Must have no history of a criminal background

Other Things to Note:

  • All majors and minors are encouraged to apply
  • We look for students who come from various economic, demographic, and academic backgrounds - if interested, please apply!
  • You will be offered a 12+/hour training course upon acceptance to the platform as a refresher to the college admissions process (so don't worry if you aren't caught up to speed)
  • This is a fantastic resume building opportunity to build your network, get access to future employers (yes we do help with that!) and earn side-income while in college
  • If you need to earn a set amount of income to pay for classes, or other required debts during college, we recommend you also apply to other jobs. While students on our platform typically end up earning a lot of side-income, we only pay mentors for meetings booked - meaning - your monthly income will most likely change month over month

You will be responsible for meeting with students and families to help guide them through the college admissions process. This will cover everything from junior/senior year course selection to activity sections, essays, applications, and more.

Note: you agree to being background checked and potentially fingerprinted if you are selected to meet with a student from one of our school district partners (as required by law).
